Samara Lakes Resident Website
Thank you for your interest in the Samara Lakes community located in the Saint Augustine, Florida. The community is near the World Golf Village which is centrally located in St. Johns County. This website is being designed to help the residents of the community to become more informed on what is happening within the HOA and the management company, the developer and the KB Homes.
Currently the site is on the design and building phase. If you are a resident and have any suggestions please click on the Contact Us page and let me know your thoughts. Anything that will benefit Samara Lakes will be posted on this website.
When the website is complete residents will be able to find out everything that is going on within our community. My main goal is to make Samara Lakes feel like a community. I have lived in the community since the beginning.
If you are a local business owner we will have some advertising opportunities in the future as of today this option is not available. Also homeowners will be able to list their homes if they are moving out of the neighborhood. In today’s economic times it is important to support local businesses to strengthen our community.
Like I said, I am making this site for my neighbors, the residents of Samara Lakes. This site is not ran nor paid for by the Samara Lakes HOA. Advertising and Home listings will pay for this site. Currently all expenses are paid by me. If you wish to make a donation to the site to help cover initial setup cost please use the contact page. Suggestions and comments are always welcomed.
